dating the bunny between 1934 and 1943
rabbit is 25cm
made from light yellow mohair,
with beautiful airbrushed markings
slight wear to right arm and ear
bunny is wearing his original red bow
brown/black glass eyes, pink floss nose, black stitched mouth
even the whiskers are still present
the prewar version of Steiff’s Record Rabbit has a closed mouth and slim feet, whithout felt pads
a hard to find Steiff
especially in this great condition!
