These two very hard to find comic characters were made
by Steiff in 1956 only
the couple, a frog named Grodan Boll and
a grasshopper named Kalle Stropp
are in very good, all original condition
Frog still has the raised script button with remnant of the yellow tag
on his belly there is a pen mark
Grodan Boll measures 13cm
and is made from green and yellow velvet, with airbrushed markings
he has white/black googly glass eyes and is wearing
his original red/black felt jacket
Kalle Stropp is 18cm tall
his head is made from light green velvet
his wired body is covered with a wonderful felt outfit
Kalle is missing two of the red buttons (at the back of his coat)
he still has the black string at the neck
to attach to the car’s inner mirror
Rare Steiff Kalle Stropp and Grodan Boll are offered as couple!
