Antique “larger than live-size” Merrythought Marvellous Cat
in beautiful all original condition
Studio size cat measures 40cm (16″) to top of head
in sitting position
her head swivels
she most likely was used as store display
wonderful facial expression
original deep blue glass eyes with black cat’s pupils
painted nose and mouth
even some of her whiskers are still present
she is made from long fluffy cream coloured mohair
some hair loss, approx. 90% still present
the Merrythought ID tags are still intact
a really tall and rare 1930’s Studio Marvellous Cat!
