This lovely brown art silk teddy was made by Steiff c. 1941
he measures 29cm stretched out
ted is fully jointed and has his
original linen paw and foot pads
the squeaker in his belly no longer works
stuffing in upper arms and chest settled
he has an old war scar, a small repair to his right leg seam
done in black stitching
it could easily be re-stitched,
but it never disturbed me, since it is part of his history
glass eyes and black floss nose, mouth and claws
slight wear to silk plush
very good, all original condition
his ff-button (short trail f) is still present
a hard to find Steiff teddy bear!
